VETERINARY SURGEONS ACT 1936 - SECT 15H

For proceedings before it, the tribunal--

(a) must comply with natural justice; and

(b) must act as quickly, and with as little formality and technicality, as is consistent with a fair and proper consideration of the issue before it; and

(c) is not bound by the rules of evidence.
