(d) the applicant is an adult with an impaired capacity for a
prescribed financial matter who has an administrator for the matter, and the
assistance is lump sum assistance and is paid to the administrator; or
(e)
the applicant is an adult with an impaired capacity for a
prescribed financial matter who does not have an administrator for the matter
but has appointed an attorney for the matter under an enduring power of
attorney, and the assistance is lump sum assistance and is paid to the
attorney.
(2) In this section—
"lump sum assistance" means—
(a) special assistance; or
(b) assistance for
loss of earnings; or
(c) assistance as mentioned in section 49(e) or (f) .
"prescribed financial matter" means the financial matter of receiving
lump sum assistance.
"unpaid expenses" means expenses for which an invoice has been given but have
not been paid.
