38 Amount of assistance
(1) A primary victim of an act of violence may be granted assistance of up to
$120,000.
(2) Also, in addition to the assistance mentioned in subsection (1)
, the primary victim may be granted assistance of up to $500 for legal costs
incurred by the victim in applying for assistance under this Act.
