Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsUnless sooner cancelled, suspended or surrendered, a licence shall subsist for a period of 12 months from and including the date of its grant or, as the case may be, its last renewal, and for the purpose of calculating the period of its duration a licence shall be deemed to have subsisted throughout any period for which it has in fact been suspended or is of no force or effect.
