Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A certificate purporting to be signed by the person having custody of the records kept pursuant to section 21H certifying that on any date or during any period specified in the certificate the particulars set forth in the certificate as to any of the matters specified in section 21H did or did not appear in or from those records shall upon its production in any proceeding be admissible as evidence and in the absence of evidence to the contrary conclusive evidence of the matters contained in the certificate.
(2) A document purporting to be a report furnished to the chief executive for the purposes of this Act in relation to any applicant, holder of a licence, certificate or permit and relevant to the matter of inquiry shall upon its production in an appeal against the chief executive's decision, be admissible as evidence of the matters contained therein.
