Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe chief executive may upon the grant or renewal of a certificate under this part impose such conditions as the chief executive thinks fit, and if the chief executive does so shall particularise in or affix to the certificate those conditions and may at any time and from time to time, by written notice to the holder of the certificate, vary the conditions to which a certificate is for the time being subject.
