Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA driver's certificate or an assistant's certificate--
(a) shall be subject to the performance and observance by the holder thereof of the conditions prescribed in relation thereto or particularised therein or affixed thereto or notified in writing to the holder thereof; and
(b) shall, if a driver's certificate, authorise the holder of the certificate to operate a tow truck or, if an assistant's certificate, to be employed on or in connection with a tow truck; and
(c) may be renewed from time to time.
