TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER LAND ACT 1991 - SECT 39
39 Reservations of minerals and petroleum
A deed of grant of transferred land must contain a reservation to the Crown
of--
(a) all minerals; and
(b) all petroleum;
on and below the surface of
the land.
