TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER LAND ACT 1991 - SECT 37ZD
37ZD Particular dealings in transferred land void
(1) A grant, transfer or other creation of an interest in transferred land in
contravention of this division is void.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to
a registered interest.
