TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER LAND ACT 1991 - SECT 37L

37L Renewal of lease or sublease

(1) A lease or a sublease of a lease may include an option to renew the lease or sublease.

(2) The term of a renewed lease or sublease must not be more than the initial term of the lease or sublease.
