TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER LAND ACT 1991 - SECT 17

17 Beds and banks of watercourses and lakes

Available Crown land includes the bed and banks of a watercourse or lake only if the bed and banks are--

(a) within the external boundaries of land that is otherwise available Crown land; and
(b) capable of being owned in fee simple by a person other than the Crown.
