TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER LAND ACT 1991 - SECT 13A

13A Definition for div 3A

In this division--

relevant land means the following land, or a part of the land--

(a) DOGIT land;
(b) Torres Strait Islander reserve land, other than land declared under a regulation for section 13.
