Chief executive may authorise scheme
122A Chief executive may authorise scheme
(1) The chief executive may— (a) authorise a scheme to help children to
safely cross roads (an
"authorised scheme" ); and
(b) authorise a person to perform a role under the
scheme (a
"crossing supervisor" ).
(2) An authorised scheme comes into force on the day
stated in the scheme.
