TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (PASSENGER TRANSPORT) ACT 1994 - SECT 91A
Failure to comply with duty—category 391A Failure to comply with duty—category 3
A person commits an offence if—
(a) the person has a duty under section 88 ; and
(b) the person contravenes the duty.
Penalty—Maximum penalty—(a) for an individual—500 penalty units; or(b) for a corporation—5,000 penalty units.
