(1) A
"wholesale outlet" is premises from which smoking products are available for
sale by wholesale.
(2) Each of the premises mentioned in subsection (1) is
taken to be a separate wholesale outlet regardless of ownership, any trading
name or franchise agreements relating to the premises.
