Chief executive may require licensee to give particular information
50 Chief executive may require licensee to give particular information
(1) This section applies to information in the possession or control of a
licensee that the chief executive—
(a) requires to determine whether the
licensee is a fit and proper person to be a licensee under section 40; or
(b) considers necessary for the administration of this Act.
(2) The chief
executive may, by written notice given to the licensee, require the licensee
to give the chief executive the information stated in the notice within a
reasonable period of at least 14 days as stated in the notice.
(3) The
licensee must comply with the notice, unless the licensee has a reasonable
excuse.
