28 Notice of decision
(1) As soon as practicable after deciding an application for the renewal or
restoration of a retail or wholesale licence, the chief executive must give
the applicant notice of the decision.
(2) The notice of the decision must be
an information notice if the decision is to refuse to grant the application.
