TOBACCO AND OTHER SMOKING PRODUCTS ACT 1998 - SECT 26ZR
26ZR Supply of smokeless tobacco products
A person must not, without lawful authority or excuse, supply a smokeless
tobacco product to another person.
Maximum penalty--140 penalty units.
