TOBACCO AND OTHER SMOKING PRODUCTS ACT 1998 - SECT 26ZL
26ZL Person smoking must stop when directed
A person contravening section 26ZH(1), 26ZI(1), 26ZJ(1) or 26ZK(1) must comply
with a direction by an authorised person to stop the contravention.
Maximum
penalty--20 penalty units.
