Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person must not smoke within 10m of any part of children's playground equipment situated at a place that is ordinarily open to the public.
Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to--
(a) a person in a motor vehicle; or
(b) a person at residential premises or on land on which residential premises are built or may lawfully be built.
