TOBACCO AND OTHER SMOKING PRODUCTS ACT 1998 - SECT 26X
26X Person must not smoke at outdoor eating or drinking place
(1) A person must not smoke at an outdoor eating or drinking place.
Maximum
penalty--20 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a designated
outdoor smoking area.
