Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A licensee of licensed premises must display a no smoking sign at the entrance to the premises, as prescribed under a regulation.
Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
(2) In this section--
no smoking sign means a sign--
(a) indicating that smoking is not permitted; and
(b) complying with the requirements prescribed under a regulation.
