TOBACCO AND OTHER SMOKING PRODUCTS ACT 1998 - SECT 26IA
26IA Advertising or display to be as provided under this division
A person in charge of a tobacco product vending machine must not advertise or
display a tobacco product in or on the machine other than as allowed under
this division.
Maximum penalty--140 penalty units.
