TOBACCO AND OTHER SMOKING PRODUCTS ACT 1998 - SECT 21
21 Person in charge of tobacco product vending machine must attach particular signs
A person in charge of a tobacco product vending machine must attach a
prohibition sign and a quit smoking sign to, or near, the vending machine, as
prescribed under a regulation.
Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
