TOBACCO AND OTHER SMOKING PRODUCTS ACT 1998 - SECT 19A
19A Person must not falsely represent age
A person must not falsely represent himself or herself to have attained 18
years for the purpose of being supplied with a smoking product.
Maximum
penalty--20 penalty units.
