Copy of water infrastructure agreement to be given to local government
99BRDMA Copy of water infrastructure agreement to be given to local government
(1) This section applies if a participating local government is not a party to
a water infrastructure agreement that relates to its local government area.
(2) The distributor-retailer must give the local government a copy of the
agreement.
