Requirement to comply with conditions of water approvals
99BRBZ Requirement to comply with conditions of water approvals
(1) A person must comply with each water approval condition of a water
approval. Penalty— Maximum penalty—1,665 penalty units.
(2) To
avoid any doubt, it is declared that this section does not apply to a
distributor-retailer.
