99ATB Exemption from charges
(1) This section applies in relation to water services or wastewater services
provided by an SEQ service provider to premises if the premises are—
(a)
land that is exempted from rates under LGA 2009 , section 93(3) (a) , (b) ,
(c) , (d) , (e) , (f) , (g) or (j) ; or
(b) prescribed under a regulation.
(2) The SEQ service provider must not issue an account to an entity for
providing the water services or wastewater services to the premises unless the
entity has asked for the services to be provided.
