99AO Using testing instruments

(1) An SEQ service provider or independent tester who uses a testing instrument for a test under this division must ensure it is—

(a) appropriate for the test; and

(b) accurate and in proper working order.

(2) The SEQ service provider or independent tester must keep a record of each test under subsection (1) (b) for at least 2 years.
