Provision for particular freehold land and Land Act leases
92DN Provision for particular freehold land and Land Act leases
(1) This section applies if, under section 75 or 76 , a deed of grant or a
lease has been issued to Allconnex for particular land.
(2) A retransfer
document can not transfer the land or lease to a withdrawn council other than
the geographically-connected withdrawn council.
