92CZ Compliance and other notices
(1) This section applies for any of the following notices under the Water
Supply Act given to Allconnex that have not been complied with— (a) a
compliance notice;
(b) an information notice;
(c) a regulator notice.
(2)
The notice is taken to have been given to Allconnex’s successor for the
matter the subject of the notice on 1 July 2012.
