(1) The retransfer scheme must provide that all after-acquired land of
Allconnex is to be transferred to the geographically-connected withdrawn
council.
(2) In this section—
"after-acquired land" , of Allconnex, means any land of which Allconnex is the
owner, other than land that was transferred to Allconnex under chapter 3 .
