SOUTH-EAST QUEENSLAND WATER (DISTRIBUTION AND RETAIL RESTRUCTURING) ACT 2009 - SECT 53DNG

53DNG Action distributor-retailer may take if water connection compliance notice contravened

(1) This section applies if a person contravenes a water connection compliance notice by not doing something.

(2) The distributor-retailer may do the thing or take any other action (
"water connection compliance action" ) it reasonably believes is necessary to prevent or minimise the impact of the contravention.
