Action distributor-retailer may take if discharge compliance notice contravened
53DM Action distributor-retailer may take if discharge compliance notice
contravened
(1) This section applies if an approval holder contravenes a discharge
compliance notice by not doing something.
(2) The distributor-retailer may do
the thing or take any other action (
"discharge compliance action" ) it reasonably believes is necessary to prevent
or minimise the impact of the contravention.
