53DA Failure to help discharge officer
(1) A person required to give reasonable help under section 53CZ(1) (f) must
comply with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Penalty—
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
(2) If the person is
an individual, it is a reasonable excuse for the person to fail to comply with
the requirement that complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate
the person.
