(c) a participation
agreement entered into by a distributor-retailer or a local government or made
by the Minister is amended.
(2) The distributor-retailer or local government
must, within 30 days after the agreement is entered into or the amendment
takes effect, publish on its website—
(a) a copy of the participation
agreement or amendment; and
(b) a brief summary of the agreement, or the
agreement as amended, that complies with subsection (3) .
Penalty—
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
(3) As a minimum, the summary must
refer to each of the matters mentioned in section 20(1) .
