138 Documents and information about water approvals and development approvals
under former s 53
(1) This section applies if—
(a) a relevant participating local government
holds information or documents under former section 53; and
(b) a
distributor-retailer asks the local government to give it the information or
document.
(2) The local government must, as soon as reasonably practicable,
give it the information or documents at no cost.
