Delegation of functions under the repealed SPA, ch 9, pt 7A, div 5
134 Delegation of functions under the repealed SPA, ch 9, pt 7A, div 5
(1) A distributor-retailer may delegate its functions under the repealed SPA,
former chapter 9, part 7A, division 5 to its relevant participating local
governments.
(2) Former section 53(6) and (10) is taken to apply to a
delegation made under subsection (1).
