130 Effect of SEQ design and construction code
(1) This section applies to the SEQ design and construction code in effect for
each SEQ service provider immediately before the commencement of this section.
(2) On the commencement, the SEQ design and construction code continues as the
SEQ design and construction code adopted by the SEQ service provider under
this Act.
