115 Matters relating to first making of code
(1) This section applies to the draft of the first code prepared under
section 95.
(2) It is declared that the draft always could have been prepared
on the basis of this Act, and the Energy and Water Ombudsman Act 2006, as
amended, or proposed to be amended, by the Water and Other Legislation
Amendment Act 2010 .
