Distributor-retailer to prepare statement about capital works
100B Distributor-retailer to prepare statement about capital works
(1) A distributor-retailer must, for each financial year starting on 1 July
2013 and before the start of the financial year, prepare an
annual capital works program for the financial year.
(2) In this section—
"annual capital works program" , for a financial year, means a program
outlining the distributor-retailer’s proposed program for— (a)
constructing or acquiring plant and equipment; and
(b) adding to or replacing
its existing plant and equipment.
