(1) An enforcement officer must give to the registrar a return about the
enforcement or otherwise of an enforcement warrant.
(2) The return must be
made by giving to the registrar a certificate signed by the enforcement
officer stating what was done to enforce the warrant, or what other action, if
any, was taken.
