72 Powers under search warrant
(1) An enforcement officer has the following powers under a search warrant—
(a) power to enter and re-enter stated premises and to stay on the premises
for the time reasonably necessary to exercise the power mentioned in paragraph
(b) ;
(b) power to search for and seize any property the enforcement officer
may seize under an enforcement warrant;
(c) power to use reasonable help and
force for paragraphs (a) and (b) ;
(d) power to do anything else reasonably
necessary to be done that is incidental to searching for and seizing any
property the enforcement officer may seize under an enforcement warrant.
(2)
However, an enforcement officer does not have power under this section to
seize property under any enforcement warrant or order issued under another Act
while the person is in premises only under a search warrant under this Act.
