STATE PENALTIES ENFORCEMENT ACT 1999 - SECT 131

In this part—
"conviction" means a finding of guilt, or the acceptance of a plea of guilty,
by a court, whether before or after the commencement of this part, in a
proceeding for an offence, and includes an enforcement order or a similar
order under a law of another State.
"fine" includes an amount stated in an enforcement order or a similar order
under a law of another State.
"Queensland fine" means—
(a) a fine payable under a conviction of a Queensland court; or
(b) an amount payable under an enforcement order under this Act; or
(c) another amount for which the registrar must take enforcement action.
"reciprocating court" means a court declared under section 132 to be a reciprocating court for this Act.
"relevant officer" of a reciprocating court means the registrar, however called, of the reciprocating court.
