(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, the chief
executive had not finally decided an application for a licence or the renewal
of a licence.
(2) The chief executive must decide the application under this
Act as amended by the Criminal Law (Criminal Organisations Disruption) and
Other Legislation Amendment Act 2013 .
(3) In this section—
"commencement" means the commencement of this section.
