65 When provisions relating to application for licence, or renewal of
unrestricted licence, do not apply
(1) Section 10(8) to (11) and part 2 , division 7 do not apply to an
application for a licence that is undecided immediately before the
commencement of this section.
(2) Section 20(7) to (10) and part 2 ,
division 7 do not apply to an application for renewal of an unrestricted
licence that is undecided immediately before the commencement of this section.
