SECURITY PROVIDERS ACT 1993 - SECT 45

45 Obstruction of inspectors

(1) A person must not obstruct an inspector in the exercise of a power, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.

Maximum penalty--60 penalty units.

(2) In this section--

obstruct includes hinder, resist and attempt to obstruct.
