Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A child born to a woman is presumed to be a man's child if, during the period starting 44 weeks and ending 20 weeks before the birth, the man and woman cohabit, but are not married.
(2) The presumption in subsection (1) is rebuttable.
