STATUS OF CHILDREN ACT 1978 - SECT 20

20 Application of sdiv 3

This subdivision applies if--

(a) a woman who is not married undergoes a fertilisation procedure; or
(b) a married woman, otherwise than in accordance with the consent of her husband, undergoes a fertilisation procedure.
