STATUS OF CHILDREN ACT 1978 - SECT 2

This Act applies to a person, whether or not--

(a) the person--

(i) was born in the State; or

(ii) was born before or after the commencement of this section; or

(iii) is a child; or

(b) the person's father or mother has ever been domiciled in the State.
